Parker is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Helix Systems, an LGBTQ-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned small business based in Tacoma, Washington. With a background that bridges military leadership, engineering, and business consulting, Parker brings a rare combination of technical precision, systems thinking, and human-centered design to every project.
A former Army Engineer Officer, Parker led large-scale operations and logistics teams before transitioning into the manufacturing and consulting world. Over more than a decade, Parker has supported companies across industries in optimizing processes, improving quality, and implementing sustainable systems for growth. Her expertise spans Lean Six Sigma, project management, process design, and data analytics, and she's known for turning complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies.
Driven by a deep desire to serve and connect with her community, Parker founded Helix Systems Engineering to help small and mid-sized businesses bridge the operational gaps that hold them back from their full potential. Through thoughtful coaching and structured problem-solving, Parker empowers leaders to focus on what matters most—building thriving businesses that strengthen their teams, their communities, and the local economy.
